Mahalia Quintana, a senior at Woodland High in California, won the Division 4 girls individual title in 18:40.9 at the CIF Sac-Joaquin Section Championships at the Willow Hills course in Folsom. Quintana won her seventh straight race and captured the first individual title in program history after placing second in 2019.
