Katie Kopec. a junior at Whitney High in California, won the Division 2 girls individual title in 18:07.6 at the CIF Sac-Joaquin Section Championships at the Willow Hills course in Folsom. Kopec, who secured the first individual title in program history, helped Whitney finish fifth overall with 149 points.
