Sophia Lodigiani placed sixth in 19:23, Elise Chu was 13th in 20:02, Sage Taylor finished 15th in 20:05 and Jasmine Casillas took 17th in 20:17 for the Blue Devils, who atoned for last year's loss to Bella Vista to win a second title in three years.
